What do the following lines in Shakespear's Macbeth mean?

I think it means that he's afraid he will act on something that he wants but can't/shouldn't have...he's saying that he knows he can't do something, and that it would be wrong to do so, but he's afraid he will do it anyhow (the hand acting of its own accord) and that he will be left to see the consequences of his actions.
