My dog is still farting and don't know what to do next.?

I have a 5 month old red cattle dog pup..i have tried everything that everyone suggested on here 2 months ago. changing diet, exercise (more), been to the vet and she said maybe she is gobbling her food to fast so i have been giving her frequent small meals a day. Its to the point where she is being evicted from every room in the house and we all know where she is cause we can hear and smell her coming. its embarring when people come over and she does it,.. they give me a peculiar look and some don't believe its the dog and say "Oh yeah, sure its the dog". Anyone got any new advice that i can try, i don't want to get rid of her as she was a abandoned pup, though i have my suspicions now as to why she was abandoned.. thanks
