Are you supposed to eat the matcha in matcha tea?
I know the directions on my matcha green tea packet say to dump the mactha out of the bag, but are you meant to ingest it as well? It seems almost certain that you will drink some of the matcha by chance just becasue its floating around there, but should one purposefully try to eat the matcha itself?
