What is a good school in GA for a 29 year old to obtain a degree while working?

I just turned 29, and I hate my current career as a Dental istant. I want to go back to school for Healthcare Management. I have tried in the past, and became over whelmed with the work. I want to keep my current job until I complete my degree. What is a good school in the ATL area that employers will actually take seriously if I place it on my resume. I already have my core cles, I just need to complete my concentration in Healthcare Management. Help, and has anyone got a job with a University of Phonix degree?
