Uh oh...snowboard bindings?

I bought Burton Molotov EST bindings for my board that I was getting. What I didnt realize was that when my board came it wasn't compatible with the EST bindings. I really want to use the bindings still because so far they are the only ones I have found which go really well with the board...Is there a way I could alter either the board or the bindings so they can go together or do I have to get new/different bindings??
