Is Obama taking the USA to the brink of the 3rd world with threats to prosecute Bush?

Actually, as late as yesterday he was still playing "good cop" and stating that it would be a waste of time to pursue it all and that no committee should be formed to investigate the situation. He's letting Pelosi h at the mouth and play "bad cop", screaming for Bush's head on a platter. It should be interesting to see how this all plays out, but I don't believe we'll turn into a third world nation over it.
