Plz help with my graphics card?

hi. i have a intel d865gsa motherboard.. can i use asus extreme n6200tc graphics card for that?? bcoz my motherboard doesn't have a pci express slot.. does my agp slot supports this card?? without knowing i bought it from my friend..
