Was the Suns-Heat trade a good one?

I don't think that this was a good trade for the Suns but was a great trade for the heat. The suns are a fastbreak team an Shaq dosen't fit that style. He will just slow them down. The heat got a good trade because Shaq was obviously decling and they picked up an All-Star. Good job Heat.
