Please HELP My father sells alcohol and we are feeding upon Haraam!!!?

Please Help, My father works in a restaurant and he is one of the owners out of three. He really does not enjoy the job because it involves selling alcohol which makes his income haraam. He is trying to be on the path of Allah but there are no other ways for us to make income at the moment. Will Allah see our hardship and pardon us for the time being? Please answer as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!
