No "flo" for months?

Ok i am 24 and have never had a reg period but this is crazy. I havnt had a period for almost 8 months. I have alot of pain mostly around my left ovary. I have PCOS . So my question is does anyone know if this would make you feel sick alot ( mostly at nite) spot very light only in the last 2 months, and are there any long terms effects of this like cancer etc
