Is age on my side when it comes to getting pregnant?

I am 21 years old and ttc baby #1. I have pcos (polycystic ovary syndrome) and I considered waiting til I was older to try, but both my husband and I want a big family (at least 4 kids) and since women with pcos can hit menopause earlier than others, my doc said to try as soon as possible. anyways she said some women with pcos hit menopause at 35, which is usually the earliest. so i was wondering do you think since i am taking advantage of the opportunity and trying much younger than a lot of women, do you think time is on my side? am i more likely to have a successful pregnancy because i am younger and have more time to work with? thank you :)
