Yes. You should pursue this if this is what you find interesting. It is a good field of work too. I would suggest a trigonometry cl too, when you have time in the future. Trig is useful to know for plotting courses and trajectories of weather systems. Also, I would suggest that you call a local television station, and ask if you could visit and talk to the local meteorologist, and ask them for any helpful advice. Tell them of your desire to pursue this as a career, and ask them if they have any summer jobs, so that you can see what exactly is involved in this field. (provided you live close enough to a tv station) Also, contact the school counselor, and a college you'd like to attend in the future. Ask them to mail you information about the field of study you want to be in. Good Luck with everything.
