Do you believe there is a conspiracy to create a one world dictatorship?

No. No one person could ever control the world. That has been the dream of many a dictator, but they all have failed with good reason. Even if one did manage to do it, the empire would fall apart quickly after their death. Over time you will notice a pattern. Not necessarily a pattern, but a tendency. We praise ideas, leaders etc. to no end until they become too popular, then we dethrone them.
