The cost of items in Colombia?

Well, I'm doing a spanish project (i'm in spanish I) involving a restaurant in Colombia, and I looked up the currency only to see that 1 us dollar = 0.0005 colombia pesos. does this mean that i should make my menu items around 3000 pesos?
